The supporting documents included grading and drainage, construction phase stormwater pollution prevention plan, local agency stormwater development standard plans, utility reports, technical specifications, FEMA floodplain elevation certification coordination, local agency encroachment permits, Pacific Gas & Electric gas main improvements, and temporary Caltrans highway off-ramp and traffic control plans. PCG adhered to CEC plan review procedures to ensure efficient and accurate review of construction and support documents in accordance with multiple agency (city, county, state, and federal) standards and numerous CEC conditions of certification associated with each project’s schedule and milestones. Services Overview: On behalf of CEC, Pakpour Consulting Group (PCG) assisted the Chief Building Official (CBO), as an extension of the CBO staff, with the review of on- and off-site civil improvement plans and numerous supporting documents for the expansion of two existing and construction of two new power plant projects. The Program is associated with the expansion of existing and construction of new power and peaker power plants throughout California.
